This was not the item that I ordered. It took to 2 months for me to get my refund and I was charged twice for getting the product mailed. I would not order from Amazon.com again unless I completely understand that I am infact getting the product that I want.

I am in my early 30’s and never had a problem with acne until my mid 20’s. I had been using proactiv for quite some time (5 years or so) and it worked pretty well. I say pretty well since it did clear my face some, but my face has not been totally clear in a long time.
Along comes AcneFree which is “better” than Proactiv since you can buy it locally and it contains more of the active ingredient–cool, I am sick of ordering it online and it is cheaper!
Well, I guess you get what you pay for–I don’t consider myself to have particularly sensitive skin, but I used AcneFree one time in the morning. So far so good–until 2 am the next morning when I broke out in hives all over my entire body. So no more AcneFree for me, just wanted to give my experience for anyone who might be in the same situation.

I ordered Acne Free thinking it would work on my grandchild who is having trouble with acne on her forehead and nose. I started using it and I think it actually got worse. So I ordered what I should have ordered to start with which was Proactive Solution and it is doing a much better job. So I would not buy Acne Free again.
I am the one that used the product on my grandchild, she is autistic and doesn’t understand how to do these things, I know that the product was used properly and twice a day as recommeded.

I bought this product from a store and began to use it. While it did nothing for my skin, I noticed it did a number on my clothes. It ruined numerous shirts. Definitly a bad buy for any amount of money.

I used this product for about two weeks and then I started to feel extremely uncomfortable with it.
I do not give bad comments usually, but this one really pissed me off
decided not to use it any more
I wish I read the comments here before I bought it from Costco
