It goes on pretty smoothly and doesn't have any annoying scent. I used it with Murad's facial toner and their moisturizer. That said, this gel is effective at reducing acne flare-ups. It goes on pretty smoothly and doesn’t have any annoying scent. I used it with Murad’s facial toner and their moisturizer. My face is definitely smoother (don’t really care about that so much, but my wife likes it), but more importantly, it’s clearer.
