Have used it for a few weeks, 10 munites almost every night before I go to sleep, (I use a Ultrasonic wave unit to massage my face first, then use the light about 8 inches away from my face) The result is great so far, the pigment and acne marks are fading, the tone of my entire face becomes more even and lighter. The blue purple lights also calm me down so I sleep better(there are some purple lights within the 38 lights, not all blue). I highly recommend it.
