this is a secret and if you do it at least 2 weeks you will get rid of acne you have to buy this ,,,,Nogal: (walnut, Juglans regia): you have to boil a bunch of leaves with at least 2 galons of water put it in the fridge and later start to drink 4 to 8 glases of the tea every day no sugar needed it taste good you understand the nogal leaves will clean your blood thats it

No doctor! One meal a day will clear up your faces. Just eat one meal a day. Drink water, tea, or coffee if you like. No sugar between the meals. Read the books “How to Eat to Live” volumes 1 and 2 by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. You don’t have to spend money to loose pimples and black heads, you have to “Save Money” too loose them.
